Graduated rondelles of genuine tiger eye join forces with vintage silver beads, all which lead the eye to the focal point of this necklace:  briolettes of natural blue chalcedony, blue lace agate, blue goldstone, labradorite, sodalite and iridescent blue freshwater pearls framing an absolutely unique (and antique) Chinese pendant, in turn featuring a genuine carving of blue jade flanked by two rampant dragons!  Picked out with sterling silver rounds, beadcaps and daisies, this wonderful 19-inch necklace closes with a sterling silver toggle clasp.

Where to begin…?  Large radiantly blue lapis lazuli nuggets  (avg 1-1/2 inch!), two approx. 30mm turquoise nuggets, smaller Sleeping Beauty turquoise nuggets, and tiny lapis fat cylinders join with LOTS AND LOTS of Bali sterling.  All lead the eye to the magnificent sterling focal, in which is set yet another gorgeous and completely natural spider-webbed turquoise stone along with 10 more lapis rounds!  Closure is a Bali sterling box clasp set with lapis.

Hehe… purple turquoise, yet again!  Originating in the Sleeping Beauty mine, these stones have been treated to bring out this luscious, permanent color.  Hanging in accompaniment are genuine amethyst and chrysoprase nuggets; dainty apple green Mojave turquoise flat ovals and sterling silver balls finish the piece.

Follow the purple and green and blue and silver brick road—and  enjoy the kaleidoscopic landscape as you go!

Here is what they’re doing with turquoise nowadays:  brilliant lime green turquoise barrels, blue turquoise heishi, purple turquoise puffed ovals and heishe make up this necklace, accented with sterling silver daisies and beads and a wonderful purple turquoise pendant.  The purple turquoise in this necklace is from the Sleeping Beauty mine; all the stones are stabilized and will not alter in color.

Tribal Spirit

Here is a striking piece, a tribute to all things African!

Five woven brass beads from Ghana are joined with a pair of flat turquoise disks, turquoise puffed ovals, smaller brass beads, turquoise heishi spacers, and finally with a pair of ancient Hebron glass beads.  Old ostrich shell heishi from Africa ends this outstanding necklace, which closes with a new gold vermeil toggle clasp.

Although bulky and chunky in appearance, this necklace is surprisingly comfortable to wear.

The Kid’s first creation, this lovely double strand necklace is made of genuine smoky quartz gemstones, genuine chrysoprase faceted nuggets, four awesome natural webbed turquoise freeform drops, sterling silver daisies and clasp.  Wow.

Brother Bear

I can’t believe you totaled a mammoth!

Hehe… probably because the eyes weren’t on the road, but looking at this piece instead!

This necklace is made of genuine Baltic amber nuggets, Nevada turquoise natural nuggets, two turquoise 8mm rounds, and a wonderful carved turquoise “fetish” bear, made by Native American artist Benson White.  Closure is with a sterling silver “S”-clasp.

Road to Marrakech

Get on board the train… and all eyes will be upon you if you’re wearing this wonderful necklace!

This piece begins with two fantastic freeform nuggets of animal-patterned variegated jasper, which are in turn framed by awesome rounds of crazy lace agate.  Hanging as focal are five sea-washed raw amber nuggets, while top-drilled long nuggets of black-banded agate (aka “sardonyx”) are interspersed between all.  Ending in rounds of black sardonyx and set off with tiny gold vermeil nuggets, this piece is closed with a heavy gold vermeil “J”-clasp.  It hangs a full 20 inches long.

Here we have a magnificent piece!  Top-drilled long nuggets of natural black-lined agate (aka “sardonyx) frame an offset freeform faceted nugget of variegated jasper, which in turn bears a distinctively tigerish aura!  Twin rounds of carnelian and artfully placed faceted nuggets of high-grade citrine complete this piece, which hangs a magnificent 19 inches long.
